How To Increase Feminine Energy In Your Life Today!
Meditate. It's helps clear your mind, become grounded and get in touch with your subconscious.
Keep a journal. It allows you to discreetly vent or work through your thoughts and feelings without having to speak to someone or keep it on your mind indefinitely.
Focus more on the things that bring you joy and pleasure, and bring those feelings to the surface. Carry those thoughts and feelings as you go about your day. You'll be in a more positive mood.
Practice positive self-affirmations. You can do this in the mirror, quietly at your desk, or as you get ready in the morning. This will give you the confidence boost and uplift needed to tackle your day.
Practice gratitude. Take time to think about all the things you are thankful for. You can either write them in a journal, or if you are religious or spiritual, say to yourself in prayer. I personally keep a jar in a sacred space in my home that I fill with small notes about all I'm thankful for. This will keep you humble and show you how far you've come.
Do something kind or thoughtful for someone. Feminine women love to be of help and grow positive relationships with those around them. Brighten someone's day TODAY!
Exercise patience, tolerance, and decorum. Feminine women do not like confrontation and often go out of their way to avoid or diffuse it. Of course if it's egregious, they'll address it, but you'll find these situations are few and far between.
Embrace your gentle and vulnerable side. It doesn't make you weak. It humanizes you.
MAXIMIZE YOUR OUTER BEAUTY POTENTIAL
Wear clothes that fit properly and accentuate your figure.
Pick colors that match well with your skin tone.
Highlight physical assets while minimizing imperfections. Always keep it classy.
Choose yoga pants over sweatpants. I personally don't even own a pair of sweatpants.
No sleepwear or slippers in public. Ever.
Wear sandals, heels, and shoes instead of boots and sneakers, given the weather.
Every girl should own at least one L.B.D (Little Black Dress) and a pair of black pumps that can be worn for a multitude of occasions.
Implement an eating and exercise regiment to maintain a healthy weight and B.M.I. Certain foods are also skin irritants. Eliminate or reduce your intake of those as well.
Reduce or eliminate alcohol and drug use (hopefully you aren't taking any illicit drugs). They contribute to a multitude of health concerns but also affect your appearance. They exasperate signs of aging included dark circles around eyes, uneven skin tone, and wrinkles.
Hydrate and moisturize your skin, inside and out. Drink at least 32 oz of water a day. Invest in a good face and body moisturizer as well as body oil to reduce blemishes, scars, and stretch marks.
Personal hygiene is of the upmost importance. Cleanse your body, especially your intimate areas daily. Keep your armpits and bikini areas trimmed. Use ointment and serums to prevent bumps, irritations, and infections. Hands, nails, and feet should be manicured, moisturized, and clean.
Perfume should be pleasant, subtle, age appropriate, and blend well with natural body chemistry.
Makeup should be classy, reduce blemishes or imperfections and enhance your given features. You should not look like a completely different person, nor a clown. Your makeup routine should match where you are going, the occasion, and your outfit.
BEAUTIFY A LIVING SPACE
Feminine women want their surroundings to be clean, comfortable, and organized. It's part of our natural inclination to nest. Here are some ways you can revitalize and add some feminine energy to a space.
Add flowers and plant life. The presence of flowers are an instant sign of femininity.
Dust, sweep, vacuum, polish, clear away clutter, and discard any trash.
Add personal artifacts such as photos of friends and family and artwork.
Choose pastel colors with your decor, as they are softer, lighter, and are less likely to clash and be offensive to the eyes.
Add "softness" to a space in the form of throw pillows, throw blankets and quilts, curtains, and carpet.
Vanity lamps and a scented candle allow for soft lighting and coziness.
This is just the tip of the iceberg, as I didn't even mention relationships, feminine mannerisms and posture, and roles. It's a lot of information out there and I just wanted to help ladies find a good place to start. I encourage you to read and study more on the topic. Embracing my femininity has been one of the best things I could've done. The more feminine I became, the more my life worked, the better I felt, and the happier I became. More love and beauty began to flow into my life and into my heart. I wish the same for all of you.
